At SALT Salon + Spa, we partner with brands like Moroccan Oil and FarmHouse Fresh that care for the planet and give back—from using recycled ocean plastics to animal rescue. Your health and safety are our top priority. We thoroughly sanitize before and after every appointment, so you can relax and enjoy your experience with confidence.
Appointment Timing
We value your time—and we kindly ask that you value ours, too. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 10–15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to ensure we can give every client the attention they deserve.

For haircut or color adjustments, notify us within seven days of your visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate a solution as soon as possible at no additional charge.

Retail exchanges may be made within ten days of purchase.
Refunds are not given on packages or gift cards. Packages may expire, but the dollar value will remain on your account.

SALT Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled services.
No-show appointments will be charged 95% of the scheduled services.
This policy is in place to protect the livelihood of our professionals and maintain a healthy salon environment. Last-minute cancellations make it extremely difficult to recover lost time and income. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will waive one cancellation fee per year for unforeseen circumstances.

Cell Phones
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced and that loud conversations or videos be avoided. If needed, we may ask you to use headphones—we’re happy to provide sanitized headphones for your use.
Children
For the safety of all children and the comfort of our guests, children under the age of 10 who are not receiving a service must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service. Our salon environment is not suitable for unsupervised children.
