Our stylist’s and spa pro’s regularly receive new education from our brands- Sunlights Balayage, Davines, Eleven Australia, and FarmHouse Fresh- to keep us up to date on all the latest trends and techniques. We specialize in advanced hair coloring, cutting, and skin care techniques. We ensure that you will receive personalized attention and dedication to detail.

SALT Salon + Spa is partnered with Salon Cycle. A program to help reduce waste in North America. Salons in the U.S. create up to 877 pounds of waste every minute. You help us change that by supporting our salon in the effort to reduce waste. We recycle used vinyl + latex gloves, used excess hair color, foils, plastic bottles, and hair clippings!

Safety is our first priority. Feel rest assured, we thoroughly sanitize before and after each appointment.

We value your time, please value ours! Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, please understand we may have to ask you to reschedule.

We strive to offer our highest level of satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your experience or results, please reach out immediately through email saltantioch@gmail.com. If you are seeking an adjustment to your hair cut or color, we ask you let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate a solution for you as soon at no additional charge. Refunds are not given on services.

Retail exchanges may be made within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given on packages or gift card purchases. Packages may expire, but the dollar amount will remain.

SALT Booking Policy-

A valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment.

A 50% deposit will be collected for any appointments.

Our cancellation policy is as follows- any changes made to scheduled appointments within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the scheduled services. NO SHOW appointments will be charged 95% of scheduled services.

Please understand this policy is in place to protect the livelihood of our professionals and salon environment. It is very difficult to make up for the income that can be lost due to last minute cancellations, especially within 24 hours or less.We do understand things can arise last minute and will waive a cancellation fee once yearly for emergencies.

SALT In- Salon Policies-

Cell Phones- to provide a relaxing environment for all, we request you silence your cell phones and refrain from conversations over the speaker phone feature while receiving services in the salon. We may ask you attach a pair of headphones we will provide you if necessary, The headphones provided will be sanitized throughly after each.

Children- For the safety of all children and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 10, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service. Our salon is not suitable for unsupervised children.
