Our stylists and spa pros regularly receive new education from our brands—Sunlights Balayage, Davines, Eleven Australia, and FarmHouse Fresh—to keep us up to date on all the latest trends and techniques. We specialize in advanced hair coloring, cutting, and skin care techniques. We ensure that you will receive personalized attention and dedication to detail.

SALT Salon + Spa is partnered with Salon Cycle, a program to help reduce waste in North America. Salons in the U.S. create up to 877 pounds of trash every minute. You can help us change that by supporting our salon in the effort to reduce waste. We recycle used vinyl and latex gloves and excess hair color, foils, plastic bottles, and hair clippings!

Safety is our priority. Don't worry; we thoroughly sanitize before and after each appointment.

We value your time, and please value ours! Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, please know we may have to ask you to reschedule.

We strive to offer our highest level of satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your experience or results, please contact us immediately at saltantioch@gmail.com. If you're looking for an adjustment to your haircut or color, let us know within seven days of your visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate a solution for you as soon as possible at no additional charge. Refunds are not given on services.

Retail exchanges may be made within ten days of purchase. Refunds will not be given on packages or gift card purchases. Packages may expire, but the dollar amount will remain.

SALT Booking Policy-

A valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment.

A 50% deposit will be collected for any appointments.

Our cancellation policy is as follows- any changes made to scheduled appointments within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the scheduled services. NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 95% of scheduled services.

Please understand that this policy is in place to protect the livelihood of our professionals and the salon environment. It is challenging to make up for the income that can be lost due to last-minute cancellations, especially within 24 hours or less. We understand things can arise at the last minute and will waive a cancellation fee yearly for emergencies.

SALT In- Salon Policies-

Cell Phones- To provide a relaxing environment for everyone, we ask that you please silence your phones and refrain from talking or watching loud videos. We may ask you to attach a pair of headphones, which we will provide you if necessary; the headphones provided will be sanitized thoroughly after each.

Children—For the safety of all children and the comfort of all guests, children under the age of 10 who are not receiving a service must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service. Our salon is not suitable for unsupervised children.
