Stylist Growth Structure

The stylist growth structure offers stylists a career path for growth and achievement. While providing clients the choice that best compliments their requests and needs for skill set and budget.

New stylists are promoted to each level based on accumulated experience, education, and demand.

All levels of experience work cohesively together to serve a common goal: provide an excellent level of service and maintain a comfortable culture.

New Talent

New Talent Stylists are entry-level stylists in the salon. They have completed their 1500-hour Cosmetology education and are undergoing a six-week in-salon training program that includes hands-on hair-cutting and coloring skill-building while shadowing and assisting the other stylists in the salon.

Associate

Associate stylists are newer stylists who have completed their 1500-hour Cosmetology education. Associate stylists have completed a six-week in-salon training period that prepares them to take guests confidently.

Designer

Designer stylists have accumulated a great deal of experience at the chair, honed their customer service skills, and continue taking educational classes. They are well-equipped to offer more advanced cutting and coloring techniques and can assist in training and mentoring new talent.

Senior

Senior stylists, with nearly a decade of experience, have built a reputation for excellence and have a high level of demand for their skills. They also play a key role in mentoring new stylists as they join the salon.

Master

Master stylists, with decades of experience and education, are established, respected, and carry a reputation for excellence. They are at the highest level of demand for their services, a testament to their skill and expertise.
