Stylist Growth Structure
Our Stylist Growth Structure is designed to support long-term growth, achievement, and confidence behind the chair. It provides stylists with a clear career path and gives guests the freedom to choose the level that best fits their needs, goals, and budget.

New Talent
New Talent Stylists are entry-level professionals who have completed their 1,500-hour cosmetology education and are beginning their careers in the salon. They participate in a six-week in-salon training program focused on hands-on haircutting and coloring, while also shadowing and assisting experienced stylists to refine their skills.
This level is perfect for guests who are excited to support emerging talent while enjoying thoughtful, guided services in a learning-focused environment.
Associate
Associate Stylists are emerging professionals who have completed their 1,500-hour cosmetology education and a six-week in-salon training program. This training prepares them to confidently take guests while continuing to build experience and refine their skills.
Associate Stylists are a great choice for guests seeking quality service at an accessible price while supporting a stylist in the early stages of their career.
Designer
Designer Stylists have accumulated extensive experience behind the chair and continue to refine their craft through ongoing education. They have honed both their technical skills and guest experience, allowing them to confidently offer advanced cutting and coloring services.
In addition to their work with guests, Designer Stylists play an important role in supporting the salon by assisting with the training and mentoring of new talent, helping uphold our standards of excellence and our culture of care.
Senior
Senior Stylists bring nearly a decade of experience behind the chair and have earned a strong reputation for excellence. Highly sought after for their skill, consistency, and guest relationships, they are trusted to deliver elevated results.
In addition to serving a loyal clientele, Senior Stylists play a vital role in mentoring and supporting new stylists as they grow within the salon—helping maintain our culture, standards, and shared commitment to excellence.
Master
Master Stylists bring decades of education and experience to their craft and are deeply respected for their expertise. With a well-established reputation for excellence, they are in the highest demand—reflecting their advanced skill, artistry, and commitment to exceptional results.
