Stylist Growth Structure

  • New Talent

    Entry level professionals who have completed their 1,500 hour cosmetology education. They join a six week in salon training program and shadow experienced stylists.

    Emerging professionals who have completed training and confidently take guests while building experience.

    Stylists with extensive experience who offer advanced cutting and coloring and help train new talent.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who love being part of a team and care about giving every guest a great experience. If you hold a current Illinois cosmetology, esthetics or massage license, or you are enrolled in a program now, we would love to hear from you. We are also hiring for salon assistant and front desk roles.

We welcome hair stylists, estheticians and massage therapists, full time or part time. SALT is a commission-based salon and spa, and you build your clientele with paid training and mentorship behind you from your first day.
