Where we ship

SALT Salon + Spa ships retail products within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is $15.00. The rate for your order is shown at checkout.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at our salon at 744 Main St. #101, Antioch, IL 60002. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
